We’re working hard to get everything up and running quickly.

We’ll have those gremlins out soon.

UPDATED March 16th, 2013 at 12:14pm EST – We’re back up and running however you might experience slow publishing until our system catches everything up.

    Is there also a lensrank glitch? My #1 lens which has the largest amount of traffic is suddenly #2 and the #1 lens has about half the amount of visitors as the former #1…

    when I try to edit a module in the lens workshop I get kicked back to the home page when I click “edit”

        It’s happening again, when I click edit on the modules in the workshop I am getting sent to squidoo’s homepage. I am desperately trying to make changes so that I’ don’t get lenses or my account locked, but I can’t get that accomplished with this happening.

    I think you announced it as fixed too early. When I click edit on a module, it redirects me to the homepage. And I can’t get the amazon modules to add products. I put in the ASIN but it won’t search for them.

    I love getting this helpful communication from HQ. It feels great to be kept in the loop. Thanks for the info and update. Though I must admit you did give me a heart attack this morning. When I logged in and got that black screen I thought my entire thrivingmom account had been deleted!

    Thanks for all you do, Bonnie! This has been an issue for me, on & off, for quite a while. Makes lens building VERY frustrating. A few other lensmasters on the West Coast are having the same issues. Happy it is being taken care of so I can get working on my 2013 Squidoo goals.

    Seriously? How do you expect us to fix lenses when we get kicked back to the homepage every 3 minutes. I’ve spent over 2 hours trying to update a lens and if I didn’t have to keep reloading the page, I could’ve been done a long time ago.

    Still not fixed, Amazon modules won’t load products. I keep getting bounced back to the main Squidoo page. Updating is almost impossible. But certainly do appreciate hearing from HQ that they are aware and working on the problems… that is somewhat reassuring.

    Never fails to be on a weekend for a problem…as for me I finally got in, still having issues with modules…thanks for keeping us updated.

    I wondered what was going on, I thought maybe it was my end. It would take 3 or 4 tries to get a page to load. A few times the problem resulted in leaving the same comment twice. I’m glad you now have the problem under control. :D

    Thanks for the update…delayed reaction from me…lol…I’ve been noticing it all morning and figured it would eventually be fixed, but thought I’d come over and see if there was a notice. Happy Saturday and Happy St. Patrick’s Day tomorrow.

    Sad as it is to admit I’m working at 7:00 on a Saturday, I need to let you know that the Amazon module is still funky. It won’t load at all sometimes, and the whole system remains slow.

    Site is a mess and here it is 7:35 p.m. No updates. Amazon modules appearing to be empty when they are not. Products in eBay capsules disappearing and have to be redone. But that stupid, obnoxious Black bar is up and running.
