Today we’d like to introduce you to JFedder, a writer and retired teacher with lots of interests that she has already begun sharing with us here on Squidoo. We hope you enjoy our interview and her lenses.
How did you find Squidoo? I’ve been on Squidoo before and learned a lot about how to build lenses. This time around, I have a different motivation. Selling stuff is secondary to providing something of value to readers.
You have a great bio and talk about interests ranging from teaching to chicken farming to all things vintage. What’s next on your lensmaking list? My lens topics come out of personal experience. I also write for Yahoo Voices, so linking from Squidoo to my related articles is important. Right now, I have a lens about fieldtrip ideas for elementary classrooms, in the hopper.
If you could travel to one place you’ve never been, where would it be? Costa Rica sounds like a place I’d like to visit. It’s on my bucket-list.
What can Squidoo do for you? I’m hoping to enjoy some financial gain from my efforts on Squidoo. Plus, Squidoo lenses offer exposure to my online articles, and that translates into royalties.
Fiction or non-fiction? Absolutely non-fiction! I’ve not read fiction for years.
