We’ve just implemented a new coloring page policy on Squidoo. Starting today coloring pages are on the SquidDon’t list unless they are original drawings, designs or or content rich pages that add value to Squidoo.
We’ve found that most coloring pages lack personal content and originality. They tend to be links lists, have copyrighted material or are just plain spam.
In the next few weeks we’ll be evaluating coloring pages and locking or warning lenses that we consider to be a SquidDon’t.
You’re still welcome to create content rich pages that share coloring books, coloring sheets, crayons and colored pencils using the Amazon Modules. We also welcome artists to share their own work like this, this and this.
