Being from Cleveland I was very excited to read Gardens to see in Ohio by Ilona1. While most people think “snow” when they picture Ohio, I’m pleased to confirm that we’ve also got some amazing greenery in the Summer months too.

Ilona’s extensive knowledge of gardening shines though on this lens that showcases some of the most beautiful gardens in Ohio. She gives detailed information about several must see gardens including one of my favorites, the Cleveland Botanical Garden.

So if you ever have a chance to visit the Buckeye state be sure you’ve got this lens handy. Every state should be so lucky as to have a personal garden tour guide.

I was so surprised to see that my lens was the LOTD! Thanks so much for this honor. A native Arizonian once remarked to me that Ohio was “so green”, but that is what we like about it here in the “Buckeye” state.

I know I am always interested in gardens to visit when I travel… so I agree that every state should have a “garden guide” -lens idea!

I love to visit Ohio we are not to far we are in Michigan so we visit when we can the the zoos the parks :)
