Fruit Fritters

7. Fruit Fritters

Years ago mom made what I called Apple (or Banana) fritters. I can’t remember the last time she made them and I asked her during the last snow storm (maybe week of January 20th or the wed of the week before) if we could make some. We made 2 apples wor…

As I’m making breakfast breads this week I’d make the truffles to snack on while the Cranberry and Nut loaf is in the oven, and start to make the chocolate cake for desert after the loaf. Then for brunch and lunch I’d make the rest. Yum! well done all :)
