Excuse me while I get personal. My grandmother (“Mawie”) was laid to rest today. She died last week at the age of 102 years and 9 months. I’m her oldest grandchild and her name is my middle name, so she always has been and always will be a very big part of my life and who I am.
I haven’t made a lens about my Mawie, but a lot of other lensmasters have made lenses about their grandmothers and I’m proud to feature a few of them below. Some are in honor of elderly mothers, most are about grandmas, and each one is very special. After you’ve enjoyed these lenses, feel free to post your lens about your grandmother in a comment below. I’d love to read it!
