Today is Margarita Day, a day to honor the popular lime cocktail that’s been around for decades and immortalized in song by American singer and songwriter Jimmy Buffett. Why not make a lens?
When I discovered this holiday, my mind started racing and soon I was thinking about margarita recipes, cool margarita glasses, non-alcoholic drinks for those who don’t care to imbibe, lime juice, growing limes, Margaritaville, Jimmy Buffett, Warren Buffett, rich people, Key West, beach parties and party food, and even beach decor. Guess what. I found lenses on all those topics!
Ever get stuck for a lens idea? When a topic pops into your head, grab a pencil and paper and start a brainstorming session. Write down every related topic that comes to mind, choose the best, and start making lenses!
In the meantime, to quench the thirst that you surely have by now, here’s a list of some of the lenses I found related (some rather distantly) to today’s special holiday. Drink it all in and enjoy!
