2014 is a banner year for Led Zeppelin fans, with all of the legendary heavy metal band’s albums coming out in remastered deluxe editions. The first three albums, Led Zeppelin I, II, and III, are being released today.
The packages are filled with rare, previously unreleased material. They’re kind of like the audio equivalent of Denny Somach’s coffee-table book, Get the Led Out: How Led Zeppelin Became the Biggest Band in the World.
The book, which was recently released in paperback, features a host of rare interviews and loads of memorabilia — it’s a lush package, perfect for anyone interested in immersing themselves in Zeppelin’s extravagant, legendary rock and roll world.
Denny took some time out to talk to us about the book and sent along a great link of him addressing a recent Zeppelin controversy — you can read and see it all in our interview with him at http://music.squidoo.com/get-the-led-out-interview-with-author-denny-somach. If you’re inspired by what you read, review a Led Zep album, or buy one — you can do both here: http://www.squidoo.com/review-your-favorite-led-zeppelin-album.
Have fun and Get the Led Out!
